FEDREX® EB40
Four Blind, Sheet Film Viewer

Widely used in the aerospace industry, the FEDREX EB40 provides the maximum luminance possible from cool-running, fluorescent tubes. The intensity is adjustable in four steps. Of particular importance to radiologists, is the ability to mask off any section of the viewing screen down to a very small area – approx. 5 x 5cm – thus avoiding distracting glare. This is particularly useful for interpreting films containing images of more than one component; turbine blades are a classic example. The viewer conforms to European Union Low Voltage and EMC Directives 73/23/CEE and 89/336/CEE and its performance, including uniformity of luminance, is in accordance with EN 25580.
