Because radiologists can rely on KOWOLUX viewers to perform to Standard, they are in use all over the world, assisting accurate decision making on radiographs of safety critical structures and components. They conform to European Union Low Voltage and EMC Directives 73/23/CEE and 89/336/CEE and their performance, including uniformity of luminance, is in accordance with EN 25580.

This model, with its unique luminance to screen size ratio, is particularly designed for examination of aerospace radiographs.
